It also focuses on  handling the Opposite Gender, Business versus Ministry Ethics,  Biblical Laws on Usury, Profiteering, Surety, Fraud, Wages Payment, Pledges, Mortgages Borrowing, and Lending Ethics.


Human Capital in contemporary Church Management must be addressed by any church that desires relevance in meeting the yawning of the society. This course would address Recruiting, Motivating and Retaining Great People, Essentials of Workforce Management and How to Mobilize and Motivate Volunteers. It will also address Turning Laypeople to Ministers and Paradigm Shift from Committee to Ministry.


The importance of basic financial management principles in the church are to be considered.
